“We are very excited that we can add to the business circle of Seguin, one more achievement,” said Stan Pissarski, General Manager of Operations for Central States Manufacturing Seguin Facility.

IAS accredits the inspection programs of companies that are manufacturers of cold-formed steel (structural and nonstructural) components that do not require welding. The accreditation is based on requirements in IAS Accreditation Criteria AC473. The accreditation provides evidence that the manufacturer has the personnel, organization, experience, knowledge, management system, and commitment to operate a program in accordance with specified requirements.

Accreditation from the IAS provides independent verification that businesses, organizations and governmental entities are competent and comply with industry and/or international standards. Headquartered in California, the IAS is an internationally recognized accreditation body that has been providing world-class customer service since 1975.

“I want to congratulate Central States on this outstanding achievement. This accreditation has firm requirements and takes time and effort to obtain. This achievement makes our Seguin manufacturing community that much stronger. We are so proud to have Central States Manufacturing as a member of the Seguin business community.” said, Josh Schneuker, Director of Seguin Economic Development Corporation. ##
