Seguin inviting shoppers to Shop the Markets Downtown

With so many local creatives and farmers in the area, it is no wonder this has happened! Grab your reusable shopping bags, or maybe your rolling cart, and get your weekly fix of tasty treats and local goodies. Here is a breakdown of when and where you can shop some of Seguin’s most unique markets and get those one-of-a-kind items.

Austin Street Market – Every Saturday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm you can shop this new shaded market. Located at 414 N. Austin Street, right next to Seguin Coffee Company, the Austin Street Market offers an opportunity for the community to shop and sell locally handmade products and fresh farm goods.

Market Day at The Backyard – Check out the intriguing local vendors, food trucks and more at the monthly Market Day at The Backyard. Bring the kids to try their hand at disc golf outside Pecan City Disc Golf Shop and enjoy an afternoon in the schoolyard-turned-entertainment-venue. This market takes place on the first Saturday of every month from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

Funky Monkey Market Day – On the second Saturday of every month, Funky Monkey invites local vendors and artisans to sell their wares during Market Day. Stop by their location at 308 E. Court Street from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm to shop all the unique surprises and enjoy the market atmosphere!

Yellow Rose Artisan Market – Every second Sunday and fourth Saturday of the month, you will find the Yellow Rose Artisan Market in Central Park in Downtown Seguin. From 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, shoppers can peruse a variety of artists, artisans, and makers from all over South Texas. From handmade soaps and lotions to charcuterie boards and handmade leather items, you will certainly find some special gifts.

The Market Seguin – This Modern Pop-Up Market takes place on the last Sunday of every month from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm at Soel Venue (112 W. Donegan Street). Come check out Seguin’s first modern, indoor, pop-up market featuring local artisans, clothing, handmade items, and more!
