Atlanta-based developer buys 119.3 acres in Seguin for industrial project

Atlanta-based real estate developer Ackerman & Co. has acquired land for an industrial site in the Seguin area. The company recently acquired about 119.3 acres at the intersection of FM 464 and Interstate 10 from Houston firm Rockspring.
A flurry of industrial activity is keeping construction crews busy in the San Antonio area, especially in the northeast sector along I-35 and I-10. Terms of the deal weren't disclosed, though the land market value of the six parcels purchased is about $2.85 million combined, according to 2022 appraisals from the Guadalupe County Appraisal District.
