The SEDC board is comprised of local business individuals. They hold two 3-year terms. Their mission is to benefit and accomplish public purposes of the City of Seguin, by promoting, encouraging and enhancing the creation of jobs in Seguin through projects that assist in the retention, expansion and attraction of businesses and industries.
